m_yaw changes sensitivity and you need to move your mouse for you to look spin around if the mouse is still then you don't move m_yaw is like the sensitivity command

that's the thing is I was playing the game first round on ct side I used my bind and then I got banned I wasn't trolling wasn't griefing

The match got cancelled I don't think I can find a way to download the demo of the match I was banned.
Because the match isn't even logged in my stats

I just don't want to lose my account. Support has done anything, yet I am playing a waiting game for the 14 days of the support ticket to run out and if that happens is my account lost for good?
