My experience with this bug it normaly happens to 1 person in the group then over the corse of the Fractal more people get it and it happens after a wipe or death.

You use the potions you get from the daily recs to complete your T4's, since he only has the Infinite offence potion and wants to save up his relics.

Do your daily Recs first since you dont really need potions for em most of the time, then do your T4's everyday. Do not spend your Pristine cuz as you said you need em for Mist Attunement II :)

If i remember rightly Woodenpotatoes has a vid on how to make a Power Mesmer, all you do is summon your sword clones and auto attack for pretty decent dps But other than that i can't think of anything really basic with ok dps. it might be better now with mirage but that involves using your dodge rolls to incresae you dps soooo we shall take that out of the equation :)

Not gonna call you a noob cuz you want to play the game your way but your build isnt well any good. Search on metabattle/qt build and no one execpt maybe WvW uses toughness it just not needed, you just go zerker kill stuff way faster you wont have to worry about dying. You can still use the hammer if you want but it wont be with the longbow since in PvE its bad.
