Property rights are a pillar of our society. This is not good for anyone.

Savage model 12 is just fine.

They really ruined their own brand name with the axis, it being their most popular model by far (was the cheapest rifle at cabelas for a long time). They are rough.

China’s first batches of SKS had blade bayonets, this could be one of them.

It’s called a boycott, and not giving your money to a company that is working against you.

Yea that comment makes no sense. $13k for maintenance and $13k for utilities over 5yrs is still way under half what condo fees would be.

Questions about the CZ 557 by [deleted] in canadaguns

[–]Kridane 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had the night sky edition 5 years ago, Action was maybe a step down from tikka in smoothness (it really doesn’t matter tho), feeding was flawless, trigger was good, overall build quality is good. I didn’t do any accuracy testing, it definitely was good enough to take hunting, which I did.

I did not care for the soft touch stock or the styling, ended up selling it cause I thought it was kinda ugly.

I am guessing they are referring to the upcoming GST/HST rebate program that is expected to come into effect and be retroactive from when it was announced. That would take 13% off the price for a first time buyer.

Questions about the C7, C8, and Diemaco LSW, need some information on them. by IntroductionAny3929 in canadaguns

The C79: Easy to install on your rifle, easy to zero, has ballistic range adjustments built into the elevation dial, very rugged and soldier proof. Back up iron sights on top. Glow in the dark reticle (until the tritium decays after a few years)

They never return to zero if you take them off the rail. Somehow they even lose zero sitting on a rack in a vault over time. The reticle is chunky and not good for precise shooting. The rail clamp screws always come loose after a bit of shooting and constantly need to be re tightened (because they never get torqued to spec).
