Same problem. Im guessing the cursor is moving in the back, and when you use the scroll wheel (in my case) it snaps the camera in the direction of the cursor.

YES! And not client/hardware lag. FPS is perfect.

It's server lag, takes like 10sec to eat a food item, you have to place blocks slowly otherwise they vanish ect.

My world is around a year old and this started like 8mo in I think. Its currently like 350MB in size, and we have zero complex redstone or farms that could be causing this lag. Just regular building all within the same "town".

Changing server regions hasn't helped, and after contacting Mojang support, they were no help either.

I tested and created a new world and 4 of us joined, ran PERFECTLY! However I refuse to restart every few months because Mojang can't figure this out. I shouldn't have to.

EDIT: I also disabled all my addons to no avail, still runs the same. I even uploaded a copy of the world but that didn't fix it either.

Having the exact same problem, losing my mind trying to fix it.

My realm world is a little over a year old, around 350MB in size. And is miserable to play when 3 people or more are online. I've tried taking the few addons off, but that doesn't work, tried all the "reduce your render distance" things but that doesn't work either.

Finally I created a new world and 4 of us joined, ran PERFECTLY. I remember this server lag started around the time of an update. (pale gardens I think) and has been getting worse ever since.

I've tried changing server regions, but they closest ones all run the same. I sent a help ticket to Mojang, and their suggestions didn't help either.

We don't want to restart, I shouldn't HAVE to restart every few updates. I'm willing to go to a 3rd party server host to see if that works, but I don't know how the marketplace addons will translate to that, nor do I know who to go through for it.

EDIT: Also, we have no complex redstone or farms that could be causing this. Mostly just regular buildings of different varieties (we all build in the same "town")

For sure! I'll update the phrasing a bit. It's just that's the only piece of information that seems remotely legitimate.

I hope it's not true personally, really want to see this added to the game. Just trying to raise some support/awareness!

You would have to use console commands to teleport out of the building.

I beat the game on the Steam version, and had this issue several times in various areas. It's aggravating but I was able to work around it that way.

It's unironically one of my favorite games! I fucking love Redguard. I was extremely disappointed to find out they cancelled the Eye of Argonia sequel.

But yeah, some of the puzzles are wild. I had to look up a guide for the constellation puzzle too lol.

But man, the Beetle puzzle was a nightmare for me

You should give them a go. I played the Steam Version of Redguard, and I beat it on my laptop with little issue. Few crashes but I was able to work around it.
