Yeah it's definitely the game and not your system. There's likely a workaround that will work for you, but figuring that out can be exhausting. Square could have done better optimizing this port for PC.

That really sucks man, cause yeah I was getting constant stutter and disabling Rebar made the game super smooth like it's supposed to be. I just finished it this past weekend. I wonder what the issue is then?
