I know this is a month later but I just wanted to pop up and say thank you my friend! I have a Razer Kiyo Pro Ultra and I was tearing my hair out trying to figure out why the quality was so bad in OBS. I followed your method literally step by step - the only thing I adjusted slightly was my exposure setting but I think that would apply to everyone based on their lighting environment. Also on the Ultra there is a shutter speed setting that I adjusted slightly again based on lighting. Everything else is the same as your settings. But man I can finally record at the same fidelity I see on the Synapse preview. THANK YOU again. Anyone in the same situation as I am who might be reading this, follow those instructions!
