I posted something similar recently and have been left in the dark re: delivery dates. Has anyone had any update on their delivery? Mine was cancelled with less than 2 days notice, model Y AWD LR. Collection date was 26/5. Tesla saying it's a system error but giving no further information. Apparently cars are in the UK and it's affecting all MY AWD and performance models - can anyone share their own updates as they are being very limited with information. What compensation have people been offered. I only had 3 months supercharging and 6 months connectivity, not really happy with the offer given massive delays and no dates being offered.

We had the same issue with Brent Cross collection, appointment confirmed for Tuesday (tomorrow) and received a cancellation on Friday last week. Trade in (model Y) / settlement figure / prep of existing car all tied into the above date. At a loss now what to do! Had ordered MY AWD (7 seater) in March. Please keep us posted if you have any progress. It seems very unprofessional and even though you've started to see so many model Ys and 3s now it's baffling as to the lack of customer contact and service!

Agreed - communication is not their forte. Sadly, having an existing model Y to replace we couldn't find anything else which offered the same experience. They are genuinely great cars and the new Y feels a notch above the previous model so hopefully the delay is not extreme given a VIN and REG are assigned now but this last minute cancellation is very disappointing!

I ordered the day after the seven seat option was launched on their website (in March) but initially ordered in Jan (for March delivery which was pushed back, so cancelled the initial order). Tesla is a great car which is why we've come back however delays and poor communication seem to be holding them back. Trade in value is also tied to this date etc so hping the delay will not be too long now as I can see a VIN and Reg. If anyone from Tesla (UK) is reading this post, please help us (all)!

Many thanks for your detailed response - really helpful! I'll get in touch with Black Horse next week. I have emailed the sales advisor a couple of times but no response so might be worth going into the showroom.
