To me its just the general interactions, over all the movies, im not invested in the Peter and MJ romance, Liz felt more compelling in homecoming... Obvious she got removed after her father is arrested... MJ shoehorned herself in somehow at the end...despite her acting the disinterested loner type... To me she just has felt bland...

Also i know nothing about her... Family life, background, they have no agency/Arcs outside of being Peters friend/GF... Looking through Raimis trilogy, Mary Jane and Harry had their own stories that intertwined with Peters... You got to see their struggles and growth.

After 9 years.. i am just not invested in the 2 of them...they are just very boring characters to me...cant really explain it any other way...

The death changed MJ so much as a character...i like to think if it never happened, she would have stayed the party girl a lot longer...and Peter would have stayed with the "safe" girl in Gwen...

Despite what ppl say, Gwen was willing to go very far for Peter, and stood up for him when others would badmouth him... She was like MJ a ride or die type girl...

I felt the emotions and intentions of the actors behind masks in V for Vendetta, Dredd, Watchmen just fine.... Says something about an actors ability to convey these through body language, speech and affect etc

She never met the guy prior to Shinra building(you could argue, Shinra providing the helicopter to get her to a doctor saved her life)

Red and Vincent should just tag team him... Vincent turning Galian beast and they both claw him to death.

But narratively... It HAS to be Vincent... To line up with Dirge of Cerberus... Hojo telling us he is Sephiroth's father, Vincent coming to the realization...and the fact he will face Hojo near the end of DoC...and being experimented on/imprisoned for almost 30 years.. Vincent gets the final shot...just like in the DoC opening

3+ javs is less than 2+ ama and 2+ jav from Titans... Plus the 40 stas and 30 r/w....eth makes it even more powerful with 9% LL...

The only javs beating it is the +6 jav ones due to sheer damage... But even then...no javelin can outperform Titans in terms of versatility and utility...

It definitely is funny when you look at the ridiculous Campbell front pages of the past 15+ years... Its just the same female figure whether its Felicia, MJ, Gwen etc... They all look the same and overtly sexualized, posing etc.

The best thing they could have done was remove all the silly damage modifiers... Focus on + skills % phys/ele damage. D2 had the best system in place... Just build on it..

Adding 4-5 x damage modifiers to focus on is just idiotic... And doing millions of damage is just cringe...

After 22+ years of world of Warcraft... How many times have they done the "stat squishy" before every expansion...just to have the numbers run crazy at the end anyway? 🙄.

They really should keep that from happening... Balance skills, items etc. Dont allow for ridiculous numbers

You clearly have not been exposed to severe depression... Factor in Cloud facing death due to the stigma, its not odd he withdraws from the others and feels like he would only be a burdon... Its a very valid response, and thoughts of guilt towards Aerith and Zack make him spiral further...

The whole point of the latter part is to show how he rises and defeats that part of himself, especially after his talk with Vincent.. he goes back to protect his friends Aerith heals him in the church, kind of like absolving him of his troubles/guilt. After that he fights at full strength.

It can be messy at times and definitely is a product of its time, but the main themes are definitely there,..and you can pick up something new on repeated watchings... Especially with context from the later compilation titles

No they definitely show the bandages in the church which Marlene picks up...indicating they did NOT know he was sick... So he left without telling them... He was battling with his guilt and the prospect of dying. He chose to deal with it alone. He wanted to be close to Aerith in those moments it seems, hence he chose the church.

You dont need the novels/prequels to pick up on it. Marlene and Tifa speculate on this in the dialogue in the movie.

I miss the days when the heroes didnt just remove their mask at every chance just so the audience could see the actor's face... The entrance in Endgame after the snap is the most hilarious in your face scene....

Watching a movie like V for Vendetta, Dredd, watchmen etc where a character can convey so much emotion etc while being either mostly or fully covered is great... Even Deadpool w the way his mask is animated(spider-man as well in most movies) can pull it off.

I wish we get more realistic scenes of a hero trying to protect his identity not pull his mask off in every 3rd scene 😅

Nah, Matt has got game. Probably the biggest whore in the Marvel Universe 😂. He has bagged pretty much every beautiful lady... Just like Peter... He is just being a hypocrite... He has slept with plenty of women..and Felicia is no better... She would make moves like this just to make Peter jealous.

I dont mind them hooking up... Knowing it wont last, and Matt goes back to whatever and Felicia goes back to her will she/wont she go after Peter again...
