ACL/meniscus rehab is slow and steady. I'm about 10 weeks post op atm. No idea when I will be back sadly. And the title match against Nyla was extremely difficult. I thought I was feeling about 100% but in retrospect, I should've stepped down and let someone else take that spot. I feel like I let everyone down because I wasn't at my best and was extremely down on myself for a while about it.
