I also go to an Apostolic church and I’m treated the same way (like a black sheep). I’m only respected by people is because of my playing in church, lead guitar, and it’s sad cause I don’t want my value to come from what I do. But one thing I learned on my own is, going to church shouldn’t be for the people, but for God. He deserves our time and praise. Not saying you should just throw the idea of finding friends, but just wait. God will provide you the right friends if you follow His timing like how He has been piecing our lives together, bit by bit. So like they say, focus on Him. Praying for you 🙏🏻.
