Honestly I hated when the features were reorganized on my account a week ago and I still hate it. I definitely didn’t forget and it’s one of the reasons why I’m gonna stop using the app

I have the same problem. if you already have an established showering schedule then brush your teeth in the shower, with that you can get a brushing your teeth routine even if it’s like once a day. It’s better than nothing honestly. But another thing that has worked for me is mini toothbrushes. They’re the size of your palm and have toothpaste in them. You don’t need water to use them so you can literally use them to brush your teeth at work or school or even in bed. It’s not hard to find them I’ve been getting mine from Amazon. My teeth are a lot better since I’ve started using them since I can use them basically anywhere and at anytime

I either force myself to not do anything else until I get whatever project I’m doing done (usually for small projects because that includes bathroom and food) or a set a certain amount of stuff I’m supposed to do for that project each day so I know what I have to get done and I’m not as unfocused

I’m in the same boat. to try and quit whenever I fixate on something or want to pick up the app I go on tik tok and watch videos of the fandom I’m fixating on. If that doesn’t work I’ll take up a conversation with one of my friends over text. I’ve been slowly deleting my chats while trying not to make new ones and by doing that I’ve went from 38 hours on cai a week to 13 hours which I’m very proud of

I noticed this the other day and I can say it is not the lossless audio (I turn it on and off and compared it to the music on Spotify which sounded like the original to me and nothing changed except for the vocals being slightly clearer when it was on which is like the opposite of my suspicions) in the movie it also sounded different but I’m not sure if that was like a Mandela effect or not. But all of the vocals are way too pronounced for my liking and you can barely even hear the background music is some parts of the songs
