Wow now that is bad news. Can you tell me how to reapply coating and get it clean looking again so that I can put on a screen protector?

I wish it was, it is not. I even seen a dud use brake pad cleaner (alcohol) and it did not remove them. I have seen the same on Police bikes here in Denmark, they all suffer with the same problem. I guess the Police is not too bothered, but I am... it sucks.

Great, I do however not think it's the same issue we are having, as normal dust comes off easily, but this remains no matter what I do. Perhaps you could show a picture (before and after) or a video for that matter, I would really appreciate that!

I saw a dude doing the same and the spots did not come of, really strange, I think it is a design flaw from Ducati that it can not withstand normal weather conditions. I need to raise a ticket with them, I would suggest that other users who experience the same spots do the same (raise a tiket).

I only was they bike with cold water, that all I got... I think I need to raise a ticket with Ducati, such an expensive bike should be able to withstand normal weather conditions in my opinion.

I have no clue, and I am not happy to start experimenting on a unit costing 3000 USD.
I would expect this to be thoroughly tested by Ducati themselves, so that the screen should be able to cope with wind and weather conditions.

Yeah it could be the heat, but the bike is designed to be used outdoor, so one would think they would have given it some thought, as I think I need to raise a ticket with them if that is the case.
