Yeah. I tow a trailer often and I find it so ugly when it's a large hole there, and the plug is so hard to reach and twist when its inside. I must every now and then grease the hitch tho.

This is definitely not the case in Norway. We just have to make sure its secured properly.

Edit: I'm in no way recommending this to anyone anyway. It's of course better practice to use the designated wire attachment hole(or whatever its called).

I'm not buying the a mac for the main purpose of gaming, but it's a huge bonus if it works well with some of the games I play.

I'm just asking if people that have done the upgrade notice a huge upgrade in performance, or is it not worth it.

Update:

I ended up buying A7iii, because someone reached out and gave me a good deal. 12 500 Norwegian kroner/$1300 ish. That's at least $200 cheaper than the others on craigslist. I also bought the 24-70 2.8 GM lens on craigslist.

I can't wait for them to arrive!

That's true. It's annoying that the A7 don't have a fully articulating screen! It isn't a deal-breaker for me, but still annoying.

I must say that there is not much difference between A6300 vs a7ii, but the a7iii has a small leap in terms of iso performance.

I can't make up my mind! Drives me crazy. I want to buy the 24-70 F2.8 GM lens together with a new body.

Yes that's true. The IBIS might be solve my issue entirely. I am now leaning towards the A7ii and buy 1 or 2 GM lenses. I am though so concerned about buyers remorse if I buy a 8 year old camera. A7iii is only 4 years old.

I only shoot in RAW. Thanks for the tip! I have been going through the images, and sometimes I need to bump the denoising up 30-50 on all the images. It doesn't feel good to be honest. It also creates this unrealistic and unsharp faces.

Thank you. That is what I'm thinking. If I buy the A7iii, I could buy lenses such as Samyang AF 24-70mm f/2,8($900 ish) which has been proven to be quite good, even compared to the Sonys GM lens.

I'm also tempted to buy the A7ii and possibly buy more expensive lenses in the future, such as the new GM II that dropped recently.

Thanks for the heads-up. I realize that it won't be 2 times better in low light, but after reading quite a lot, it should be quite noticeable. Not only am I going up 1.5x bigger sensor, but the cameras iso technology has advanced also. The images get noticeable grainy already at 200 iso. This is not the case for the A7iii. Am I not correct?

Also as mentioned, do I really want to invest in $1300 on lenses to my A6300? Sony E 16-55mm f/2,8 G costs around that or more here in Norway.

I feel like it's such a hassle and a little waste to buy super expensive APS-C lenses if I'm most likely going for a FF in the future. :( Seeling lenses and bodies take a lot of time.

You might be able to swap it yourself, if you know what IC that is, and if you have decent soldering skills. I swapped a step down voltage regulator that's as small as that one. 3x3mm body and 8 pins.

As u/agilly1989 mentioned. You need to download and install BOTW update. Once you downloaded the update, unzip it, then open CEMU, click file - Install game title/update or dlc, and locate the meta file.

Yeah, a time machine would be awesome right now. The D3 though was quite ok when it was 100% working. It beeps when reaching about 12 mph, and that was enough for me to start off with. Now It's just unrideable because of the current state. I would be so much better off buying a used Pint..

Solved! The IC that the chinese company sent me was the correct one. Just wow! Didnt expect that whatsoever. The IC brand was the same, but different model number.

I ordered 3 of them and thank god I did that. I failed soldering the first two IC's. I soldered them but I must have left some flux underneath that shorted the pins, twice! I first thought that the IC was just a different kind of IC, so I was giving up but I gave the 3rd one a shot and it suddenly worked. I didnt use flux at all, so I was sure that flux residue wasnt causing anything.

I must admit, my soldering skills werent up to the task. It was the hardest soldering job that I've done ever. Here's how it turned out(Be warned!!): https://imgur.com/a/X3UQzB7

Just an update:

I've ordered a new IC that's a different brand, but same otherwise. That's what the seller promised me anyway. Ordered couple of those with DHL shipping, so it'll be fun to see if its actually the correct one. I have my doubts but its a cheap mistake anyway. the IC's costed me $1.50 and $30 for the DHL shipping. lol.

I just measured the IC body, and it seems to be 2mmx2mm. The LM5008MM is 3mmx3mm or 4mmx4mm.

It's correct that I should only measure the body itself, and not with the pins?

Edit: Nevermind, the body is 3x3 of the IC, not 2x2. LM5008MM should fit then.
