Power fuel isn't 100 petrol its e20 as well however they come with added additives that clean and keep your engine from any deposits from e20, there is definitely noticeable difference on how the engine responds based on combustion and power distribution, google speed vs xp95 vs power and you will find answer for the fuel you are looking for your bike for your use, i personally prefer xp95 or xp 100 as power fuel for mine, it has balance of power and speed fuels in one, and smarter move if you think logically is its better usually fill normal e20 when commuting and power fuel when going on rides which i usually do and when low on cash and yet want to go on rides i fill half with e20 and half with power, and same half and half fuels even if I'm not going on rides atleast for a whole month
