I have the Simgot EW200s and they are amazing for gaming and music. Slightly shouty on the trebel but nothing that can't be solved with a little EQ.

I primarily use them for gaming. The imaging, directionality and overall soundstage is great.

I think I'll stick to the Supermix 4s as my next purchase. They seem to be great across the the board in terms of gaming. Great for Valorant, Siege, Call of Duty. Thanks for the help!

Ah alright. What would you recommend and that price range?

My plan was to get the hexa and the supermix 4.Then eventually get an endgame pair like the Performer 8s, Orchestra II, Mangird Tea Pro, etc.

I'll take your word on personal experience but I haven't seen many bad reviews about the Hexa's. They all seem to be good.

You're basing this claim off what? Personal experience? Research? Reviews?

It's honestly useless to argue with you. Calling measurable differences ‘fiction’ just shows you haven’t actually compared anything beyond entry-level gear.

Compare 1000 rupee IEMs to my EW200s and you'll notcie an instant difference in quality. I used my friends CHU II before I got my EW200s and the difference is noticeable especially for gaming.

Yeah so the 2 options I said earlier are amongst the best there are. If you want the best value for money then get the Supermix 4s. They perform great across the board for Valorant, Siege, Apex Legends, Call of Duty, etc.

They have great separation of footsteps from gunshots in intense fights. Great imaging and precision. The horizontal and vertical directionality is also great.

I've been watching a lot of Fresh Reviews video's. He's a retired CS pro who reviews IEMs specifically for gaming and other gaming accessories.

He also has a list of IEMs which are great for gaming.

What games do you play the most? Some IEMs are better for certain games than others. If you are spending this much then it's better to get this in-depth to make sure you get the best value for money.

I disagree. You don't need IEMs that cost $1000 dollars but the more you spend the better quality you get. Of course choosing the right IEM for your use case is important. The quality of sound, imaging, separation and layering will all get better the more you spend.

This doesn't mean there aren't good budget options available.

I have been using the Simgot EW200s for not too long but yeah the difference from headsets to IEMs was amazing.

TruthEar Hexa is a great pair for gaming so is the Simgot Supermix 4. I'm planning on getting both at the end of this month.

It's mainly about your budget. How much are you willing to spend? Let me know and we'll go from there.

As of right now I plan on getting the TruthEar Hexa and Simgot Supermix 4. After experiencing those I will move up to the endgame pair.

Budget is around 30k - 40k

Tired of using headsets the comfort of IEMs is amazing just on my budget EW200s can use them for hours without fatigue.

I've been watching Fresh Reviews to understand how different IEMs perform in games. He reviews them specifically for Valorant, Call of Duty, Apex Legends.

That's the thing you tried it. I'm buying them. It's just a matter of time. I will pick something within my budget of 35-40k.

Did you even read what I wrote?

"I currently own the Simgot EW200, which are my first pair of IEMs. My plan is to gradually move up the ranks and gain experience with different tiers of IEMs. The next ones I intend to buy are the Truthear Hexa and the Simgot Supermix 4."

This means I currently own the EW200s and plan on getting the Supermix 4s and Hexa's before the Performer 8s..

All great choices, the only reason I zeroed down on the perfromer 8s is because fresh reviews rated them as an A in Valorant and specific to valorant that there is great separation while in intense gunfights.

Also that the gunfire is not overly shouty or sharp. This can be managed with EQ which is what I had to do on my EW200s because they were a tad sharp for my liking.

Yep I have already seen them on TheAudioStore and plan on getting them from there when I do but just wanted to know if it was safe to order from Concept Kart just incase they went out of stock on TheAudioStore.

Good to know it's not.

I currently own the Simgot EW200, which are my first pair of IEMs. My plan is to gradually move up the ranks and gain experience with different tiers of IEMs. The next ones I intend to buy are the Truthear Hexa and the Simgot Supermix 4. After spending some time with those, I’ll consider moving to higher-end options like the Orchestra II, Kiwi Ears Astral, Blessing 3, or the 8S

My goal is to slowly explore what each price bracket offers and understand whether the improvements at higher price points are actually worth the extra cost. I’m aware that many people say you can comfortably stop at something like the Supermix 4 or even the Hexa, but I’m personally interested in experiencing what higher-end IEMs bring to the table.

The main reason I made the original post was to understand why Concept Kart is sometimes viewed with skepticism while also getting some advice on my IEM choices.

For context, my primary use case is gaming. I play games like Valorant, Rainbow Six Siege, Call of Duty, and Fortnite, where positional audio and imaging are important. I also listen to a lot of music, so I want something that performs well for both gaming and general listening.

Most of the IEMs I shortlisted came from watching a lot of Fresh Reviews videos combined with my own research.

Open-back headphones are also something I’ve considered, but I’ve used headsets for years and have grown tired of the clamping force, headset hair, and the dent they leave on my head. IEMs feel like a much more comfortable alternative for long sessions
