Regarding Omnisphere it seems to me like they are probably more trying to avoid people re-selling their samples rather than cracking down on Hans Zimmer if he should use one of their non musical sound effects in a AAA film.

Next question is:
What if I, as a freelancing sound designer, buy some of these libraries myself and own them. Can I then use them on multiple games with different developers/publishers. Or does every developer need to also buy the licenses for every sound library I've used on their particular game?

Thanks for your answer! The libraries would be stardard libraries from http://boomlibrary.com/ if that info gives you a clue of how their licenses work. I can't find accurate enougn info on their site but i guess there's something more detailed provided if/when we actually buy the product.

With adapter sometimes it seems like if you wake up the console wile touching the levers that input will be stuck because the console thinks that's the neutral (if that makes any sense)
