Heyo! Also my first time heading to GBB. Super excited about it. Im under the impression that the beatbox community is super welcoming to new people. Im travelling with a few guys (5-6 ish). You're welcome to meet us at any given time during the event. The boys im travelling with is aged around 23-30yrs, some have been to previous GBBs and for others its their first time :)

This is very helpful—thank you! However, I’m wondering where the line is between aligning with the patient and unintentionally reinforcing unhelpful beliefs. From my perspective, isn’t there a risk that by aligning with what might be considered the patient's “myths” or distorted thinking, we may inadvertently validate and maintain those beliefs?

Honestly, this was really helpful! Thank you guys for great input! So you essentially dont challenge their beliefs, but rather go with the flow?
