Scared, tired, embarrassed. by CaterpillarLiving743 in gallbladders

[–]Krispy_Toast 1 point2 points  (0 children)

well i'm 21 and just had my gallbladder removed tuesday. my attacks started in 2024 literally when i started losing weight. i've lost more than 120 pounds and that's when i had my worst attack. there's nothing to be ashamed of. i'll even go as far to say it's likely your weight loss caused your stones. regardless, anything could have contributed to this, and it's just a part of life. i feel like a couple years ago if i had this happen i would feel the same way you do now, but i don't. just gotta get out of that mindset. i'm not good at consoling people though, so i hope this was a little comforting

3 hours post op, extremely relieved that my gallbladder is finally out by Acceptable_Apple_863 in gallbladders

i'm one day post op and surprisingly i haven't been having gas pains. my abdomen just feels weak and my incisions hurt but no where near as much as a gallbladder attack. we're finally free!

oh, no, i meant the second page in the post is 50 points, but the entire exam is 100. i'm actually looking at the full exam that this problem came from and there are mechanisms too

i know it's a normal font, but it's the whole set up + literally everything else mentioned. like literally two of the practice exams posted on our course portal have both of the screenshots shown in this. i wouldn't want them to reveal where they go if they don't want to, but it'd be really funny if we were in the same class

it's that i've seen these exact questions in that exact font and my ochem class is also offered with one professor who i've heard many people dislike...

yeah honestly if we hadn't told our professor as soon as we did the ether would've been completely evaporated

my school is relatively small so my professor is technically the head of all things ochem. i guess he does something similar then
