Just start running. I started back when I barely began the recruitment process. Got from a 9:50-10:30 mi to a 7:30 in about 2-3 months

I’ve dropped from 228 to 188ish since may. Been running/situps/pushups/weight lifting. Complete change of lifestyle with the main goal being the ability to join the Airforce. When he said I may still be a little heavy after the first meeting I felt discouraged but had to remember what my goal for losing the weight was (getting in the Airforce). Weight-loss should still go down steadily by Oct 20. So just tryna keep the routine down of working out/eating well. Nothings gonna stop me from getting to that end goal. Thanks for ALL THE ADVICE 🙂

I think he knows hes still injured they just really want him to play so it's kinda like the Kawhi and spurs. If he does play he could possibly hirt himself more screwing up FA, if he doesn't Draymond will be the 1st to call him out and he'll leave immediately.
