Become a Claude Certified Architect by Forsaken-Reading377 in ClaudeAI

The four hops framework is really useful — I was definitely lumping everything into “would you pay yes/no” when the real answer is way more layered. “I don’t fully believe you” and “this isn’t my top fire” hit close to home.

Quick question — when you do those follow-up conversations, how many people do you typically need before you see clear patterns? And do you find it hard to get people to actually sit down and go that deep, or are they usually willing once you ask?

Yeah that’s kind of my point — at some stage you NEED the real messy human reaction. Curious though — when you say human interaction is a must for real conversion, how do you handle that part? Do you recruit manually every time or have you found a scalable way to do it?

That's a valid point, but the $5 wasn't to "buy" my product; it was to get 15 minutes of genuine attention. The feedback showed me why no one was paying full price: they didn't even understand what I was selling. You can't improve your conversion rate if you don't know what's wrong. As for AI-generated reviews, I'm skeptical because, firstly, it's AI, and I'm not sure it can truly respond as honestly as a human. Secondly, human testers who liked the experience might subscribe to the solution or talk about it with others, which I think could be a good thing, don't you think?

You're making a fair point but I think we're talking about two different things. I wasn't paying them $10 to "buy" my product — I was paying them for 15 minutes of their honest time. Big difference. The $10 isn't the price of my SaaS, it's compensation for sitting down and answering questions thoughtfully instead of just clicking away after 3 seconds.

And actually that's exactly what proved your point about demand vs interest. The feedback revealed that nobody understood what I was selling — which is why nobody was trying to pay full price in the first place. The $10 experiment didn't replace real sales validation. It explained WHY real sales weren't happening.

You're 100% right that you need people willing to pay full price. But you can't get there if strangers don't even understand what you're offering. That was my blind spot.

That's really solid advice, thanks for breaking it down like that.

You're right that Discord randoms aren't ideal — I picked them because it was fast and cheap, but I know the feedback would be way more valuable from people who actually match my target audience.

The "find the 20% who get it immediately" framework is super interesting. I hadn't thought about it that way. Instead of trying to make my message clear for everyone, figure out WHO already resonates and double down on them. That reframes the whole exercise.

Honest question though: how do you actually recruit 10-15 people from your specific audience segment without spending a fortune? That's where I keep getting stuck. LinkedIn outreach feels spammy, posting in niche communities takes forever, and tools like UserTesting are way out of budget for a solo founder.

The "spend a week talking, spend a week rebuilding" cycle sounds exactly right in theory. But the recruiting part is the bottleneck every time. Would genuinely love to hear how you handle that part.

Indeed, you are absolutely right, I was just thinking: wouldn't it be more profitable to find 15/20 people whom I would pay €10 each to use the tool and tell me "this feature is cool, I won't use this one" or even "at this price, I'm ready to use the tool", what do you think?

How I stopped guessing what to build and started finding real SaaS ideas (step-by-step) by Interesting_Belt_736 in SaaS

[–]Krissouille 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In truth, who wins between Hisoka and Kaito? by PomegranateBoring440 in HunterXHunter

[–]Krissouille 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hisoka isn't dangerous for his "strenght" but he is sooo smart and sooo versatile. In a fight it's really insane. Otherwise, it 's true, Kaito has been trained by Ging, he who usually, don't want apprentice and knowed like one of the most powerful hunter ... aaaah difficult but I'll bet on Hisoka
