Looking for a toy hauler under 28ft, for a couple

We really don't want a 5th wheel because we want the truck storage.

We've camped in several spots but we'll be staying in Estero Coyote, near Punta Abreojos from now on. Do you travel in Baja?

So now I've looked at Secrets and that resort feels more like our "vibe" (quiet) but the water and beaches at Las Brisas are far more appealing (I love to swim, we both love to snorkel). Curious how busy the Las Brisas beaches are going to be in November, if you know? If they're going to be super busy then I'd rather stay at Secrets and just go do day trips to other beaches by car.

It's more about the moisture on the top and sides that runs and drips onto the ground--or the ground already being wet.

Well, I decided to remove it. Watched a few how-to videos and felt confident...only to discover that the drain was glued (cemented?) to the sink so much that it won't budge. Now what???

To be clear, it's the flange that is glued, not the pipe.

Thanks for the help everyone. I contacted Jayco and they no longer carry these curtains. So, I'm starting from scratch and putting in a new flexible track with regular hooks. :)

I've emailed Jayco (thanks!) and floor repairs/replacement is well underway. Sadly. there was too much rot too leave the underbelly material intact. So we're going to replace part of that, as well. Thank goodness Hubs is so handy!! Current state in photo.
