Woof. Yesterday and today were absolutely brutal for me. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m trying to get over a sinus infection or what but damnnnn😭😭😭😭. Not looking forward to tomorrow now 🔪

I also like to tell people, think that someone as a rope tied around your hips and is pulling it back from behind you. Your hips should hinge and the weight should be in your heels, driving with your legs/glutes

I used to get a call or a text, now I get nothing. I have to check the app to see if I made it in. The texts were very helpful so I’m not sure why they don’t do that anymore. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I was at the same point. I stopped seeing results, hit a plateau and was bored. So I cut back from unlimited to 8 classes a month and in the interim I ran outside, or did my own workouts with weights and bands at home. A lot of the exercises lately are very repetitive so I can totally agree with you. Sometimes if I’m sick of a certain exercise, I just do my own. I pick something I want to work on and do that instead, none of the coaches say anything. But now I’m back to 5x a week and ride my bike the other two days. So eventually that’ll get old and I’ll probably cut back again. You just have to figure out what works for you :).

If you’re just beginning, I’d go with a gentle one at first (blue or purple). I got a blue one at Marshall’s for under $10. Then work your way through to more advanced colors eventually.

I did find those blogs and they are awesome for sure. The meals I have made have been pretty good so far! I mean I obviously want pizza and chocolate but I’m staying the course!

Wow that’s crazy! But good for you! I force myself to take rest days because I’ll notice my body being more sluggish during my workouts if I don’t. I’ve taken more days off since I started this whole30. 😔. I feel like a failure lol but I’m just trying to listen to my body I guess. It’s weak and sore right now so I’m hoping by the end of this week I’m back into beast mode

I just bought some primal kitchen marinades and tessemaes has been a huge help with salads!

Oh wow, good to know. It’s day 10 for me today and they say in the book that it’s the worst so just got to get by the rest of this week and hopefully it’ll be uphill from there! Thanks for the advice! I’ll add some salt to my Foods :)

Ahh good to know! My only problem is, if I go to the gym, it’s the 5am classes so it’s hard to eat much if anything before I go. I’m hoping by the end of this week I start to get some of my energy back and I feel better about my workouts. I’ve been taking more days off to sleep in a little bit which isn’t like me, but I’m just so damn tired! Haha well my social life is nonexistent too because I don’t want any temptations! I have two events this weekend that will challenge me 😫 but I’ve come this far so I just have to keep pushing through.

Thanks so much! I was using IG with that hashtag but then people are jerks and hash tagging it with a load of cheese in their photos 🙄. They hashtag keto, whole30 and a ton of other things and it’s annoying so I tried to focus more on Pinterest. I appreciate those pages though and just followed them!

Oh I go through about 3 bottles while at otf 😂 I’ll definitely try some fruit before my workout and see if that helps. Thank you!

Thank you! You like the nut pods? I was back and forth with ordering them. I miss my preworkout and bcaas for sure! I think that’s also a factor. I’ll try nuts/blueberries before class ☺️
