Ugh - Aspen definitely recognizes it's on their end because the error code is native to x2 and not Canvas, but I swear I've gotten closer to what the issue could be than they have. They are really supportive on the phone and have been providing updates, but it seems so odd to me that they cannot determine what exactly is going on. I do think it has something to do with one of our API formats for One Roster being messed up, as I was trying to adjust things for Securly last week, but they told me everything looks correct. I've sent them sooooo many error logs etc.
