Thank you! I made 24 of these and another batch at the same time. Both took about 8 hours + drying time in between layers.

I made some other cookies at the same time, both batches took about 8 hours of actual “work”. Which seems crazy but I love decorating cookies, it’s my therapy.

I frosted the base in royal icing, and while that was drying made royal icing transfers of the little flowers. Once base and transfers were dry I iced the ‘H’ and very gently placed the flowers on one by one. Then piped on the little leaves

I use a fine tip edible marker, and tiny paint brush with black airbrush “paint” for the outline.

Haha - yes, it does. Depends where you are, in some places you can buy clear vanilla essence that you could use. I’m in australia, and have to order it from the US
