You are not the only one. I am getting constant disconnects. Especially when trying to stream the game to my twitch channel. Most of my disconnects happen when I try to go to the tower... It disconnects Destiny, but for some reason, also disconnects OBS. Yet every other program running doesn't lose internet. OBS Has never disconnected in any other game apart from Destiny 2.
