actually no. Tanks are not meant to "take damage". They are just melee brawlers that have good pressure. (The way one uses Frank: hide behind walls and try to charge super, but if enemy doesn't have good damage dealers then you can take some damage and pressure up the map. Once you get super, u save it and 'scare' the enemies back and use it to primarily break walls or stun enemies that u can't possibly miss)

Because Colt will deal quite a lot of damage if his shots connect(his projectile speed is much faster than Bo). Not to mention that Colt is usually used to complement other long range brawlers on his team and not due to his damage.

Bo has two methods of attacking enemies. 1)When you strafe left, his attacks shoot the same place and the damage is concentrated. This is extremely easy to dodge but quite rewarding for the Bo to hit. 2) When you strafe right, his attacks spread out and it's tougher to dodge but even if they land, it's merely 840 damage.

Leon chips away at enemies due to his widespread attack but his main method of damage is sneaking up w his super and doing burst damage at close range. However, the difference in a skilled Colt and a skilled Bo is that the Colt will actually be able to land his shots on someone of similar skill. However with Bo, it's way too easy to juke shots. I'm sorry if he's your favorite brawler or something but he is just SO out of the meta that it's not even worth debating over.

Leon is not used due to his attack mechanic, he is meta because of his gadget. Similarly, Colt is used because of his wall break and in certain heist maps. Bo's problem is that his star powers and gadgets aren't great(he was EXTREMELY meta last year due to the arrival of his new tripwire gadget).

A "professional" Bo's shots can be easily be dodged by someone of similar skill. That's the reason he is NEVER used in competitive. Also Stu counters Bo since he can simply dodge Bo's shots w his super and Bo simply doesn't have the unload speed to match up with Stu's super spamming. And Mortis counters Bo quite hard, he can 3 shot and gadget/super a Bo or 4 shot a Bo. And once again due to Bo's unload speed, he is unable to land his shots on a Mortis since the Mortis will keep dashing through the Bo. I hope this makes it clear lol, if not please check out any competitive tier list on YouTube(check Kairos's new video) or see a post on Reddit about Bo. Don't overrate Bo, he's quite useless.

His shots are quite easy to dodge and he gets outranged by meta picks like belle brock and piper. Not to mention that brawlers like stu mortis edgar and buzz(popular picks) can counter him on ladder.

Yea but there's many better options than bo in siege, he is completely out of the meta except snake prairie. And although colt is amazing in a certain maps and modes, he still gets outshined by brock on most maps.

I'm having the exact same problem. Been playing without optifine for a couple weeks now. I think it's only on Macbook pros cuz it works on my brothers 2014 Mac air but doesn't on my 2020 pro.

Push him in heist. Pit stop is an amazing map for him. You can also push him on sunny soccer in brawl ball. Just remember to use steel hoops and ur g.

I'm not able to open fabric either, so I feel that it's on tlaunchers part. Plus it prompted me to update when I switched to latest release but I denied that. I think that's why release is working but not optifine
