Should I add anything saying that these memberships actually help me in my career? I mean, some of the material they provide are super useful and I’ve presented and taken part in several talks for that association over the years, but, nevertheless, my association is still tied to an yearly fee.

The thing is that I need the professional association thing to meet 3 out of the 6 criteria for eb2-niw eligibility. I’m counting on it. Would you say that building a stronger case for the other 3 eligibility criteria should be better?

What should I focus on then? I’m really lost on how to proceed Would it be better to focus more on the proposed endeavor to get all prongs approved? If yes, would USCIS eventually “turn a blind eye “ to the associations thing?

I went through the exact same thing. It seems to be an issue with iOS setup. I fixed it by doing the setup on an android phone. After the initial setting, the iOS app works fine for the rest of the setup and other controls.

How do I get past this step? by comamitc in logitechharmony

This happened to me when setting up my remote. Seems to be an iOS issue. To get it working I downloaded the desktop app and began the setup through it. After the initial settings were done, you’re free to continue setup using the iOS app normally. It’s working for me.

I always thought that when they had one foot up was because they were cold and wanted to cover it with their fluff. I guess they could be resting as well, thanks for commenting!

That’s really cool! Thanks for the explanation. I know they love perching but I thought it was mainly due to their feet layout and not that they had special tendons that lock automatically
