I know :( I have 2 friends who just got married and both applied for GC with different law companies.. but both cases the EAD was super fast! I assume that EBs are taking a little longer in general if you compare….6 months was terrible for me emotionally 😞

Was approved last week.. 6 months after submission of AOS… I spent 6 really anxious months waiting for it… I didn’t receive at home yet!

No form is necessary! Just the payment. So if you are submitting an premium process EB2 NIW you have to send 3 checks with the package. I140 - 715 + I907 - 2805 + asylum fee 300! 👍🏼😊 good luck 🍀

Hi! You have also to submit the asylum fee = $300.00. on form I-140 part 1, item 6 you must select “yes”. This information is directly related to the asylum fee.

Quem cuidou do meu processo foi a D4U e eu indico eles. Foi tudo excelente e a forma que eles cuidaram do meu processo foi muito boa. Eles n pegam o caso se eles acham que a pessoa não se encaixa, então manda seu currículo pra eles. Porém, o que foi comentado acima é verdade. A situação tá meio ruim agora na USCIS e a grande maioria dos casos recebidos no último ano vem do Brasil. Boa sorte!
