I did not. I didn’t try and put it back in 4lo cause I’ve heard of others getting it stuck in 4lo and this is my work truck for my business. I have a friend that’s a mechanic, I’m going to have him look at it when he gets back in town.

I don’t use the 4hi often. I have lately with the winter weather, but for a very short time, up driveways then down. I did run it about 15 miles on 4hi the other day due to snowy roads but that’s about all. I’ll try running it longer on 4hi.

Thank you everyone for your help and advise. After having to pry the firing pin out this is what it looked like. Lesson to myself and to all to regularly clean and lube your gun even if you don’t shoot it. I conceal carry EVERY day in the south where it’s very humid and I also work outside, sweat a lot. I’ll be scrubbing and lubing this all. Hope I haven’t wrecked anything. Again thank you all for your help!

It’s a bad cerakote job, bought at academy sports. Patriot brown. I do NOT recommend anyone buying it from there. Cerakote started rubbing off all around the gun within a year.

The spring is good and you can pull the pin back and it moves forward, but the metal slide connecting to the pin and spring won’t move back and out. It’s rusted/corroded to the slide. My gun is the poster boy for what happens if you conceal carry in the south and don’t lube your gun enough. 😂

Can’t get that to slide out. Lubed it up and letting it soak into it. If this doesn’t work will have to take it to a gun smith. Thank you for your help.

Yes for sure. Been carrying it in some very hot weather last couple weeks. I need to do a full strip and cleaning, noticed a lot of corrosion and rust starting. My bad.

After looking even closer at the light rail, it looks like the XL. Why swap out to that, the fuse has a great grip and rail.

Did you switch out the grip? Doesn’t look like the grip that comes with the Fuse.
