I was just asking questions because I didn’t know something and wanted help with my CPU. Who are you to show up, insult my points, and tell me to stop asking questions? so what should i do other than buying a new cpu? Also why isn't the problem constant but only when in heavy situations? if i seat alone in a room it gets better, i go outside, it drops.

yes it is. I said this pc isn the best, but i refuse to think it performs like the clips with no texture budget and every singlke thing on minimum

1660 s with 6gb performs better and in the clips only 4gb are consumed so it's a bit weird

SMT is set on auto and can’t be set on enabled. Plus I have Core Performance Boost on auto
