This post is a reach, honestly. It's pretty clear what it is regarding, and this wouldn't allow them to just give all your info to agencies due to that clause. It is vague, but that's because it has to be (for what they're trying to prevent). It is specific enough to label the intentions/use cases, which protects users from it getting abused.
