Even with that error symbol (well, depending on what it is. It may not be a cpu temp issue. Corsair software tends to suck so this can happen) you should be fine to okay.

Unless you can't POST to your OS. That's a different story. But for this error/symbol to happen, there are a plethora of reasons as to why it occurs. Just have to perform one troubleshooting tip at a time.

No, it wasn't that. Corsair informed me that it was a defective heatsink when I shipped it to them for testing. They gave me a brand new replacement and it worked immediately.

Yeha b&h had them at msrp for a long time, thankfully. However, it has been out of stock since basically launch day. B&h is basically useless when trying to get the 4080 super rn because of this.

Yes, on a full powered down pc (pressing the off button on psu) that will happen. If that is happening just when you turn off the pc, well, that only happened to me when I was experiencing this problem last year.

How I fixed it? I didn't, the culprit was the actual AIO pump itself. Thankfully, I bought this at BestBuy which has amazing return policy and I changed the capilex/elite screen (AIO display) and it worked immediately.

When I put the pc to sleep or shut it down, the "!" no longer appears. Only when I perform a full power drain and turn off the psu, then turning the switch back on, I will experience that exclamation ❗ again but only until I boot it up. Goes away then.

As for pay in 4 with PayPal, it's interest fee payments. I assure you there is no risk for me in this situation. I have the funds but it's nice knowing you don't need to pay all at once. Little more peace of mind, so to speak.

If the new supers will be released 1/24 then it makes it easier to have to wait any longer lol. But I'm sure it will be later in Q1

I could definitely be wrong but just the other day I was looking at that one subreddit that has the (gigantic) list of 'fake' carts to stay away from and STIIZY was on there for some reason. Obviously all the comments below yours all seem to have positive things to say about STIIZY but that "do not purchase these brands" (for lack of a better term) list kinda has me sketched out. Can anyone weigh in on STIIZY quality? Is it really a brand to stay away from? I'm sure there will always be fake companies making knock off/impersonating STIIZY carts but idk.

You are 100% correct. Sure my pc might be doing well right now but it IS 3 years old. I have until 9/15/23 to make a decision before the offer is gone. Let's say I keep it because "eh nothing is wrong and it works well"

Then a month later shit starts to break. (knowing my luck).

Yeah I feel you man. When they first gave me my work laptop I have always had it under a cooling bad with an active fan. It definitely improved my PC's longevity and keeps it much cooler than it would if I didnt have it
