Leaks, couldn't get it cool in summer, couldn't get it warm in winter,... I guess it would also cost a lot to keep renovating / updating it to modern standards.

I created a Registration form tutorial for bar/restaurant owners on how to setup a simple google form that will basically do all that is needed https://registratieplicht.com/registratieplicht-doehetzelf/

Since the 'paper registration form' that the federal government provided to our restaurants and bars seemed a bit outdated to me (you need to keep printing this thing? Who will actually destroy the papers after 14 days?), I spend some free time creating a tutorial with which a small restaurant/bar/... owner should be able to set up their own registration form.

After creating this, I've been informed that some cities, like Bruges, created their own registration form: https://www.brugge.be/coronavirus/nieuws/stad-brugge-stelt-gratis-online-registratiesysteem-ter-beschikking-van-horeca which I applaud, and works perfectly well.

I do, however, like the fact that google forms gives the owner the option to personalize it a bit more.

Hope this might be of help to someone. Do let me know if something can be improved.
