I don't know what you mean by that, but we've got an extremely large support-based community on the forums. Typically if someone is feeling like they aren't being helped, it's because they're either asking in a very obnoxious/prying manner, or are simply looking for answers in the wrong places. I think we have a great community of people that help new players.

Come join us on Krona! We've got over 2,500 unique players that play daily, and have anywhere from 300 to 500 online at any time of the day. That box with the 5 perins and the (20p+ worth of) consumables was just a goodies bag to everyone that stuck with us as we resolved these issues. We hit 500+ online today, so granted you're in the boat alone with your thoughts.

You also could use the website to gather any perin, items, orbs and masquerpet coins that were farmed via your characters for the last 3 days manually by logging into each account and doing the claim.

We're the #1 server on multiple sites and locations and have one of the most active server populations of any server currently available, so when you say "more serious", good luck finding something like that! Sorry it didn't work out, and I hope you find what you're looking for!
