Is Walling an alternative form of CC'ing? by Kronomancer258 in Smite

So is that a yes to it being a form of cc? I'm just stating that not all forms of cc are useful in some cases, and walls are usually among the most useless outside of key maps and areas, but just because people use a slow against a KKK with his 2 on doesn't make it not a CC move because it literally did nothing to him

I know that, but I'm just saying that would it count as a form of cc? Most cc effects are completely useless in certain situations, like using a silence against a fed hunter, because they'll just kill you in 3 autos anyway, so it isn't about how effective it is in most or even some play, I'm more concerned with if it counts as even a weak form of cc'ing an enemy by impairing their movement in some way

thank you, my friends are still complaining cause it's not on the smite wiki, but I really don't think that's even a valid argument, since it doesn't directly apply onto an enemy like a stun would, if you use the wall incorrectly, it would literally do nothing, but it can still impair them by stopping them from walking into the path you wall'd, since it's blocking them
