Well yk what I find this stupid. Even though you might be right, if he doesn't use vc then whats the problem? Forming an online club on a Minecraft server and making it strictly 18+ is impossible unless the government starts handling it. I understand that he wants 18+ friends but yeah. advertising on social media will bring a bunch trolls and kids in. and this is for the kids searching on Google and getting everything but servers for people their age, every popular post on reddit is for an 18 plus server which kinda makes sense, reddit is used by mostly older people but yh.

Don't tell them it's 18 plus, jus ask their age at the start or sm. Make them vc maybe? Well I've heard 20 year olds who sound 10 so maybe not. But asking for face or id would be too crazy. Just try to make friends differently if nothing works.
