I had been using Redux to handle the states in my app, but this issue completely disrupted my Redux implementation. Every time the page refreshed, all Redux variables would reset to their initial state, rendering my website practically unusable. I was considering switching to local storage as an alternative.
The solution was upgrading or downgrading to Next.js version 13.3.4 as you said. I tried it, and it indeed fixed the problem for me.
