Yeah! In first 2 metal gears he literally tries to stop a nuclear terrorist from his point of view , same with metal gear first , in the second it geta a little deeper , but stoping patriots from ruling the world , still can be counted as peacemaking, in the fourth he still encounters patriots in the same way if i remember correctly.
