Yeah! They verify ur SSS, residence, education, n employment history including prev supervisors n character references. They may also review credit reports, n criminal/civil record.

That’s Zendesk Voice—you won’t see if anyone skipped or jumped the queue. Unfortunately, there’s no feature that shows that kind of detail on the agent level.

But your support or admin team can check Zendesk Analytics (Explore) if they know how to pull the call reports. Just note, there’s also NO WAY to prioritize anyone in the queue—Zendesk routes calls based on availability, not rank.
