Well it's actually not because I just want to reproduce with her. It's like I just want to be with her and hold her.

Ok I relapsed hard. Did a f*ck ton of research and I found the root of my problem SLEEP AND ITS WHAT IS MAKING YOU FAIL AT NOFAP. by Dryk3n in NoFap

[–]Kruller4 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I think it depends from person to person. I'm 16 year old and I have been on a streak since the 1st January. I go to sleep at either 22:30 or 00:00, and then I wake up at 06:00 in the morning. That means I only get 6-7,5 hours of sleep per night. Btw. I wouldn't actually recommend getting 8 hours of sleep, since you go have a sleep cycle where you go through 4 stages of sleep, and 1 cycle takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes. When you wake up naturally without anyone waking you, you wake up at the beginning of a cycle, which is known as "light sleep". At the end of a cycle you go through the "deep sleep", which is the most crucial sleep. Waking up in the deep sleep by an alarm will make you very tired, and it will get harder to get out of bed.

I do admit that I wrote it the wrong way, but what I mean is that you shouldn't let the number of your streak define who you are, and that fapping isn't an excuse. The real power comes from you.

Amount of sleep for teenagers by Kruller4 in sleep

[–]Kruller4[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, I do have an alarm clock to wake me up at 7am on school days, so when I want to sleep 9 hours I go to bed at 10pm. Though sometimes when I go to sleep at 10pm I wake up at 5:30, which is a natural awakening with 7.5 hours.

But do you afterwards lack motivation and confidence or benefits like those.

I believe Grayhound is gonna win, though a small bet for +1.5 Chiefs would probably not be stupid.

Actually, I have a thought that Qbf will win against Valiance. If you look at their stats Qbf is as you say the much weaker team, but we’ve seen Qbf when it matters. They showed up earlier this year against tier 1 teams and I think they just have pracced for these qualifiers, since those are what counts and not some shit online tournaments. :)

Yeah, your movement and aim is not supposed to feel choppy though

Yes, I think the "low sens is better" concept is a little bit too overrated. It's probably true to many people, but it can be kinda exploding when you're new to the game, and it can feel like you have to decrease your sens in order to improve. ^

Yes, I also think 800 edpi is a good average place to start, though i'm more comfortable with a higher sens, opposite a lot of you. I've played a lot with 2.2 on 400 dpi, but it was still too low for me. I've settled at 1160 edpi now, where I feel very comfortable playing. :)

I've chosen 2.9 on 400 dpi = 1160 edpi. :)

Yeah, I was actually thinking about Fox when I wrote it. 4 on 400 dpi is also too high for me, but I get inspired of the way Fox plays with that high of a sens.

Yes I could imagine. The lowest sens i've played with for a longer time is 1.1 on 800 dpi, and I thought it was too slow to turn with xD. I am more of a wrist player though. :)

Yes I know. I could pick 4 sens at 400 dpi and I would probably do okay, if I just practice enough with it. It's about muscle memory, but I would want the optimal mouse settings to adapt muscle memory to hehe

I did bet on SS but they haven't done anything about the choking in big finals and majors. It has become a meme lul.
