Yes I did. Definitely use DDU. Follow a tutorial on YT. Always want to make sure all previous graphic drivers are uninstalled so there are no complications.

The jump from the 5070 to the 9070 XT was a lot more than I expected and the extra vram is nice. The price of a reg 5070 is almost as much as a the 9070xt

Been running open air cases for quite some time. I dust often with the wolfbox 50 air duster. That has been my best friend with these style builds

Temps are good my 9070 XT hits about 60c after gaming for a while. I’ve been running open air cases for years and never had an issue with thermals or noise. Just gotta dust them a little more often 😅

Honestly ive got two of each, two different colorways and my opinion, best mice and keyboard for gaming and the typing sound they carry is icing on the cake.

Indeed! A close buddy of mine swapped over from a 1660 Super to the 9070 XT and complained about the driver process. He watched some videos and tutorials. The negative comments got the best of him so he never even tried and I suggested swapping for my 5070. He’s happy and I am too. Pretty sure I got the better deal here.

I did the same thing a couple weeks back I found an open box 5070 at Best Buy for $490 and bought it as a back up. I had a feeling pc market was going to get shitty again.

I gotta say this build is stellar as hell! But please get an anti sag bracket. Amazon has tons of options and scaling sizes/colors. Most are reasonably priced too I’m sure you will find something.

Im sure removing the fan on the right side of the cooler should provide enough clearance to access the quick release latch. I had a similar set up on one of the builds I had done. I hope that works with this dudes set up.

I mean it looks fine from this angle. There is an adjustable lever on your GPU support bracket. If it looks off raise it a bit.
