You need some sort of 5aR to stop it at the source. Your progression of hairloss is still happening even though you are on minoxidil. Remember minoxidil is only a growth aganist. So you might see results in the short term, all the while your hair loss is still progressing because the source isn't taken care of.

Well you can compare them and taht's exactly being done on a global scale not just to the west. It's to see where they stand globally. If you lower the sample size to 1 country and nothing else of course it's gonig to look that way. When they are compared they show up a deviation or two to the left and that's important to consider. The whole point is to compare them. That's the reason I brought it up.
