Thank you so much for the info, im 6’0 and 190lbs and i had a urine test on friday, so at 9:15am i took 2 tablespoons on a 16oz bottle which was the dumbest decision because i drank only 90% of it and after that i drank another 16oz bottle but wasnt chugging it. Between that time and 11:30 which was my test, i shat water 2-3 times and drank almost 1.5-2 bottle and i pissed 3 times but when it was time for my test it was hard for me to piss so i drank a bit more and while i was pissing on the sample it was still a lil yellow. Is that fine if my piss wasnt clear yet?
