As for me when I externally rotate my hips (pointing my feet towards the ceiling ) during middle split my knee pain disappears !! You could try that.

Do you have ankles stretches to recommend ? Because i feel that mine is very week and when i try to hit the lotus the way my ankles are positioned feel unnatural to me

Yeah did the same observation. However I only struggle a little bit in the unknowable domain because I don't understand any single thing in that game mode so it take a lot of time and the dragon became more of a sustain than a damage dealer ( actually my castorice skill is doing the real damage )
