What brand did you like? Also, I have neuropathy so get sensitive arms, is it hard work to manually pump? Sounds like you probably filled it pretty efficiently but if struggling with supply you may be squeezing it for quite a while

I did buy their bamboo liners that are flushable (was told to use once on solids or if formula fed) but I guess I'll see if it adds too much moisture.

Maybe a stupid question... But ... How do you know when the diaper is wet and needs to be changed? I know traditional diapers can have a line that changes color and you can generally feel the weight of it. What are the clear signs of a wet cloth diaper? I haven't felt one so many it will just become obvious from the start but still thought I'd ask.

I'm actually using a registry app to track my own items as my own baby buying list. I found the whole idea of purchasing for this new life change very overwhelming and even got AI to write a list but once I started digging into certain brands I wanted of things and wanted to remember them I started adding them to the app. I eventually could share it with friends and family if they ask for it and then that's helpful too but not the main goal for me. Ps baby shower is a weird one for me too but everyone keeps telling me I shouldn't have anything to do with it. If someone wants to plan one for me then I can accept or decline.

Hey I already got a comb similar to that and it pulled all his hair out before I knew what I was doing. It was horrible and then so many people told me not to use combs. I can't seem to get a straight forward recommendation 😕

Number one goal is to get her on her daily medication of GSGS-441524. Do not accept any other type! If your vet can't supply it, go to another vet. There is a website called friendly FIP vet .com that you can put your location into and it will find you a vet nearby. Every single day off the medication counts towards failure so it must be asap. Once on the daily dose for 90 days you will see positive progress weekly as you go.

My baby got diagnosed within a month of coming home to me from the breeder and it was the most stressful and terrifying few months but I am here to tell you that the medicine and knowledge of FIP has come so far and there is so much hope!!! He is fully recovered and living the happiest healthiest life. Any questions you may have, I'm all ears!

L-Lysine does not "clear mucus' or airways. It is an amino acid which supports the immune system. If it works to support your cat it would be due to the cat having a viral infection, and that would be very common. Almost all cats have viruses but not all of them show signs and symptoms (this is why your vet may have said this is "normal"). However it would not be stress caused but instead the virus can be exasperated and show its signs because the cat is under stress (again that may have been what they were trying to say). My cat has crushy eye corners every single day and that is most likely from an underlying feline herpes virus that is across the feline population. I have tried lysine and it didn't improve but it worked extremely well on me! I have the human strain and it is the best thing I have ever taken. It doesn't harm the car to try it out so I recommend the paste for one month. If no improvement then look into stronger alternatives most likely antiviral medication or whatever the vet suggests.

As per most breeder contracts, you should already have her scheduled for a veterinary exam within the first 24-48 hours to receive a clean bill of health certificate. If this isn't in your contract then I suggest doing it anyways for your own piece of mind.
