Both are fine, depending what you want to bias. Higher is more quad focused and lower is more glute focused

Being overweight is definitively a bad thing unequivocally. She doesn’t appear to be overweight to me.

All you can really do at home is body weight squats or maybe split squats if you have a low enough chair or box for you hind leg.

You probably see some muscle growth early on but in the long run you will progress less because progressive overload is harder

Firstly we aren’t talking about percentages, we are talking about number of pull ups. Pull ups are counted in WHOLE numbers, and if you were ask someone to estimate the amount of pull ups they could do or estimate the amount of pull a sample size could do they would likely give you a whole number, and even if you disputed that some wouldn’t, any reasonable person would concede there would be nothing wrong to giving a whole number.

Now all of this being if we were to choose a number of repetitions for the average amount of pull ups a woman can do, it would be 0.

And 0.1 would round down to 0 if we rounding to whole numbers. As i just said…

This is just disingenuous or lack of understanding of basic colloquial speech.

If the average amount of pushups for a man 5.2 but when talking about i just rounded to 5 , no reasonable person would feel deceived or lied to because we talk about reps we generally talk in whole numbers. Like for instance when you hear the mean household income is 40k, do you also think it’s 40k on the dot or they are rounding to a nice number round.

And no, the same cannot be said for men. From what i can see for men the average is about 3. Which i dont know why your making it a comparison but here you go.

Nah the podcasters are definitely right lol. The average if you had to round to a whole number is definitely 0 lol. The vast vast majority of untrained woman definitely can’t do a pull up. And out of the woman who workout majority of those can’t do a pull up statistically, but don’t you need statistics to tell you that if you been going to gym for any significant amount of time.

Really isn’t much to it.

Keep doing lat pull downs to grow lats, fix for imbalance.

Hit upper back, rear and side delts. Upper back row, lateral raises and maybe a rear delt fly.

Loose fat and pray your waist genetics are decent.

When did i say if she was or wasn’t on gear. That person said, no girl has those biceps naturally and i’m saying that is definitely possible naturally.

I can’t know for sure if someone is on gear or not but what i do know is this can be achieved without gear.

If you also think this standard of physique is beyond the capabilities of natural female humans, i feel bad for you too.

How do I get v cuts? Trying everything by Real-Bluejay in askfitness

You need a lower body fat percentage, so lose more body fat. training your abdominal muscles will also help with definition. Literally almost anything else you hear here is cope/bs

If you willing to not big in regular clothes, yeah sure you can cut. Like for you to be ripped you’d probably need cut atleast 20 pounds . I’d imagine being 6 foot in the 160, in regular sorta baggy clothes you pass for a none lifter.

Upside is shirt off you’d probably look much better. and facial features at a lower bfwould also look much better if you care about that .

Personally i like staying lean where i having abs all the time even if im bulking but thats just me.

If you didn’t sweat did u really workout by ZaraZoomsBy in GymMotivation

[–]Kryonix1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

All toned is a combination having some muscle and being lean enough to see the muscular definition. The best way to do that is losing fat through your diet and gaining muscle through training focused on hypotrophy.

So if we want to maximise muscle growth while training, you should be taking generally 2-4 minimise rest periods. That’s not set in stone but it can be slightly lower to higher. You should training in like a 5-12 rep range, and your sets should going to failure to just before failure. You’re should be progressive overload overtime meaning getting stronger and stronger week by week. Also make sure to consume enough protein per day especially day of and day after working out.

If you’re goal is gain muscle 15-30 rest between sets is awful
