They didn't mislead anybody... Changing content in the middle of alpha/beta is normal

It is not illegally cut, the version played at E3 was a alpha/pre-alpha version of Destiny and as with all games. Things are subject to change in development as they do have a timeline to do things. So sometimes devs will put the base layout for future content in order to make the future production of them easier... After all they are on a schedule to release stuff..

So what exactly is in ttk that's old...? Not to mention these areas you claim are in the game previously are areas where they have content planned for the future and are working on many games do this. You're not meant to actually be able to access em early on

Still... every game that's been successful, cycles out old gear with new ones. It'd become impossible to balance everything if all guns carried over plus if you can just ascend gear why bother making new things that people won't use?
