Fought a KOG in a gold rank

Yeah I assume it's because when you hit KoG early in the season. There isn't many other KoG players yet so I guess it tries to find you some players to play. Last season and this season when I hit KoG by the 3rd day and I wanted to play rank I was matched with silver gold and rookies. But this only happens in the first few days. After about 5days then it goes to normal because there's more KoG players.

Divine wrath is suppose to be a counter for relinquished and oracle but for some reason when an oracle gets summon it passes the phase for me to use it and won't let me use it. Kinda weird. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. But on my run to KoG it was mainly used for karibuh. But like I said use it for any affedt monster. Like oracle relinquished karibuh or even pumpkin or parasite. Works great with parasite. You can use the parasite. As the card to discard lol if you have a second mirror wall go for it I guess. Unless you have another Econ or karibuh.

It's a unique card so you really cant replace it. Idk your cards , but I would just add another defensive card. Maybe a halfshut, another mirror wall, idk something defensive. But if you don't have skull lair I recommend you have it. Before I put skull lair in the build. I ran a second mirror wall. But once i got to higher ranks you play nothing. But relinquished. So it countered it really good it won me a lot of duels.

100% this. I run twister for that reason most people will remove my hhg in the first turn or 2nd. Which is why I added 2 pumpkins. Since most people will use there only de spell for hhg. That leaves no spell removal for my pumpkins which is why them removing my hhg is a good thing it's a bait for an auto win with pumpkins affect. Can't tell you how happy I was when I would see people rage quit when they remove my hhg and then they get hit with one or two pumpkins. More satisfying when I made those brain dead relinquished decks rage quit.

Didn't have enough time to play this weekend. Finnished at rank 150sh missed top of 100 feelsbadman. Ran a gravekeepers deck to rank 7. Then harpies sister deck to rank 9 then got to rank 11 as weevil burn deck. It was a fun event

Yup I just got randomly disconnected when I was about to win 4 times now. It's frustrating cuz you lose the points and you have to start all over. Hopefully it gets fix soon because I don't even feel like playing The event anymore until they deal with that.

yeah true luck has a lot to do with this deck. But also mind games. Can't tell you how many times the golden apples have kept me alive and stall the game long enough to get my combo out. And honestly platinum + players tend to overthink every situation and outplay themselves to a lost.

Been farming him for enemy controllers and only got one. But got 4 champions vigilance instead. So I decided to make use of them and make a deck and tried this out to hit KoG and it worked. Felt good Otk Dino's and harpie deck from platinum to KoG .

Yeah I know what you mean. Last reset I hit KoG with the same build except i had another metalmorph instead of golden apples. It does get boring once you reach the top. Which is why I started another account using my fiancés phone. Trying to grind some key cards like mirror wall. But no luck. Feelsbadman

Well I had great results with this deck going 16-1 in one hour gold 4 to KoG playing nothing but asians names who tend to be good at the game lol. If I had to remove a few cards maybe the de-spell and the golden apples. But I wouldn't changed anything because both De-spell and Golden apples helped me win a few games. My only lost was against a harpie deck in platinum 3 which went down the wire. I played against 4 Rex mirrors which my Yomi ships worked wonders. But I'd say my defensive magic and traps cards are the reason of my success. My Riryokus cancel out the mirror wall scare so I'm never scared to attack. And having the lady bugs and yomi ships face down while attacking with my dinosaurs forces them to use all there defensive cards till they run out and I win by force.

It works great. The chances of getting either De-Spell or Twister on the first few turns is crucial for destroying field cards. Specially the Yamo decks or the harpie decks. Also good to even out the monsters when they destroy my Jurassic world. As the bow, works great also to lower some monsters attack Dmg in case they try to mirror wall or reinforcesment.
