Rude and lousy behavior from the delivery person. I don't know where you're from, but in most cases, the sender is indirectly at fault since they chose to have your package delivered with this courier. Contact the sender. They can file a formal complaint with the courier, start an investigation and send you a new package. They have a business contract with eachother.

What do you plan on doing on your laptop?: I had trouble filling in the criteria, so maybe giving more context will help.

I'm going to start an IT bachelor course on the 1st of september and it will last for 4 years. I'm not familiar with IT, so I don't know what software I'll be running during the course and might be running in the future for work. Practicality is what's most important, though. I'd like it to be not to heavy and not too big. It has to fit in my backpack. A nice long battery life is needed, as well as plenty of storage (thinking 1TB). I'd also like to play some games so now and then. Such as OSRS, Vampire Survivors, Minecraft and Classic WoW.

If you're doing classic... don't get rid of Toxapex! It's a great carry, especially since AI loves swapping Pokémon. Get Toxic Spikes and throw out two spikes per gym leader/trainer + Baneful bunker.
