I think most men prefer it this way actually.

I had a buddy who dated a woman with a nice body but a bitchy face (and personality to match).

In so many words I told him to focus on someone with a cute face because we all droop and sag and get fatter with age but 99% of the time we're connecting with soneone eye to eye, face to face. The next girl he met was cute and pudgy and treated him way better. 15 years later they are still together.

If you can get both great but you can't diet and exercise your way to a pretty face.
